Currently alot is going on in THE NYC AREA for UZN and Chosen chapter is proudly representing at events and in the community doing the work needed to be done to uplift the masses....some of our Recent activity Individually and as a core Group with Team work and collective effort include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the P.S.P ( peoples survival Program) with Brother Shep and helping with the Soup Kitchen in Harlem ( which is always seeking more volunteers....info FAR FAR BELOW ON BOTTOM OF THIS POST....PLEASE SCROLL DOWN...)

- Playing a role in Paricipating at the Universal HIP HOP Parade which just past this past weekend of
August 17th  in Brooklyn NY paying tribute to the Beauty of HIP HOP and its 39 YEARS OF NOURISHMENT !!...UZN as a whole was honored to be given the platform to be paid homage to as well by the Parade itself...It was great and Pics are below ....

- Showing face and Love and Local Bronx and NYC - HIP HOP events as well as cultural and Grassroots Community efforts - ( you can spot our brothers Godfather Seville with Medallions , Chief69 with the Bboys and Bgirls rocking the cyphers the correct way , Intikana/MC K-Swift,Aniki Boogs, Tre dee and Collective Flow and others on the Emcee tip , Julien  organizing and much much much more....)

 **** In other News Chosen chapter has put graffiti Honoring the UZN up in Rikers Island and has more possibly in the works there among other Locations from Pelham Bay to Coney Island and across the Stars...

It is not the 40th Anniversary of Hip Hop Culture and The Universal Zulu Nation will Set The Record Straight to All these people who are fallen for the BS and trying to write The Universal Zulu Nation out of Real True History of Hip Hop Culture. There is only one Group that been the only organization that been giving The Anniversary of Hip Hop Annually since The beginning and The Organization is The Universal Zulu Nation and Afrika Bambaataa. Hip Hop The Word is not OLDER than The Universal Zulu Nation and we will debate ,Challenge any one what so ever to prove it. Hip Hop is 39 Years Old and The Universal Zulu Nation is tired of anybody who keeps lying like if they were doing Anniversaries of Hip Hop Culture.

In Truth and Facts the word Hip Hop is 39 years old and The 40 Anniversary will be next year at the only Hip Hop Anniversary ever since the beginning. Our respect to Father Kool Herc 40 Anniversary but that word Hip Hop is not older than the Universal Zulu Nation. This year is the 39 Anniversary of Hip Hop as a culture and The 40 Anniversary of The Universal Zulu Nation. Hip Hop had no name when it first was being done and when the Zulu Nation form it as a culture,that's when the name started to be push as a culture by pulling all the Elements a name said by Zulus together. Now if u want to add all the years Kool Herc ,Afrika Bambaataa and Flash did when it had no name or culture attach to it then you can say it's way over 40 years but for when it was said what to call what they was doing as a movement,then under that name Hip Hop is only 39 years old. No other group in the History of Hip Hop has ever gave Anniversaries of Hip Hop ,only the Universal Zulu Nation and that's a fact. Do the Research.

For the past 7 years; The member organizations and individual volunteers of The PSP have consistently provided “on the ground” FREE Hot Meals, Clothes, Medical Screenings, Political/Cultural Education,  CPR/First Aid,  Know Your Rights,  Housing/Homeless Assistance, Self-Defense, Certified Disaster Preparedness Training Classes/Workshops & more to the people of Harlem, Brooklyn, Queens and The Bronx.
